Steve Stoner is Founder and Managing Partner at SCGroup Real Estate, a Chicago-based real estate advisory and brokerge firm. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry including development, investment, brokerage and consulting.

Steve has previously served as Managing Director for First Industrial Realty Trust, President of Grubb & Ellis' Corporate Services Group and a real estate consulting Partner with Arthur Andersen.

Troy Golden is Vice President at SCGroup Real Estate. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 2005.

After graduation, Troy worked on political campaigns, managing a state house race in North Carolina. In 2008, Troy returned to school to earn his MBA in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business. Today, Troy is a senior tenant representation broker specializing in Chicagoland office space.

Lyndsey Bawolek is Vice President at SCGroup Real Estate and focuses her efforts on Chicago's Northwestern suburban office and retail markets.

Lyndsey has a bachelor's degree in Communications, emphasis in Public Relations, from California State University, Fullerton. Her extensive customer service background combined with her passion for real estate allows her to consistently meet and exceed clients needs and expectations.

Mack Stone is Vice President at SCGroup Real Estate and serves middle market industrial users of space in the western suburbs of Chicago. His primary focus is on the industrial submarket of O'Hare.

Mack has a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication. He displays a strong passion for commercial real estate, as demonstrated by his involvement in WIU's Real Estate program, Rho Epsilon.

Kanan Desai ,AIA, RID, LEED AP BD + C, is Vice President at SCGroup and focuses on bringing value to her commercial office clients within the suburban Chicagoland Market.  In addition, Kanan brings 15 years of experience as an Architect, an Interior Designer and a Space Planner. With her passion for real estate and design, she enjoys creating efficient and cost effective spaces for her clients.

Kanan has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Kansas State University.
